Complete the engagement request formOnce we receive your completed event registration form, you will receive a response from one of our staff members within five (5) working days. If you have any questions about the form or about the Chancellor's presence at your event, please call the Office of the Chancellor at (812) 941-2200 or send us an email at sechan@iu.edu.
Please note that the receipt of your Event Registration form does not guarantee that the Chancellor will be available to attend your event.
