Audio production is the art and science of shaping sound to tell a story, create emotion, and elevate experiences. The Bachelor of Science in Music with a concentration in Audio Production at ³Ô¹Ïtv is designed to prepare you for work in the sound recording and production industry.

As part of the Audio Production program at IUS, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow students in music, digital media, and performing arts. You'll take on real-world production roles in team-based studio settings and live event environments, mimicking the collaborative nature of the audio industry.
Faculty members bring years of professional experience in sound engineering, music production, and post-production, and will guide you through hands-on assignments, give expert feedback, and help you refine your technical and creative abilities.
In addition to submitting an application to the university, students wishing to be admitted to the Music program must complete a separate Music application, complete a Music Theory Placement Exam, and perform an audition.
As an Audio Production graduate, you’ll enter the job market with a strong portfolio and practical experience. Many students also complete internships to further build their skills and professional network. Graduates go on to succeed in music, media, entertainment, and more.
